Here it is! An excuse to dance <3 Embrace your queen will stretch you to dig deeper into your own inner queen - through connecting with self + tapping into embodied movements. And remember - dance is for everyone, no experience necessary. If you have a body, your energy wants to move. This event will get you even more comfortable with moving and expressing yourself.

The first half will be guided + free movement led by movement leader Caren (sair-en), and the second half will be a dance party on the set of a Barbie Girl music video! You will be freely dancing/doing whatever you want, while also being partly directed. Stretch yourself and allow yourself to be a star on camera! Final music video will be delivered post-event!
