Grace Izzo (she her), E-RYT 200, is a yoga teacher, reiki facilitator, and recovery advocate from Raleigh, NC. Her passion for yoga blossomed from how transformative yoga was in her recovery process, and is grateful for the opportunity to hold space for sober connection through yoga at Umbrella Drybar.
