I’ll Have What Meg’s Having
RECIPE: Meg Paradise, Umbrella Dry Bar
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Rasasvada Rose Bergamot
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz Portland Syrups Rose Cordial
5 drops All the Bitter lavender bitters
3 oz eleve beauty
TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER, FINE STRAINER
GLASS: COUPE
GARNISH: DRIED ROSE PETALS
PREPARATION:
Add Rasasvada, lime juice, rose cordial, and lavender bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and double strain into a coupe. Top with eleve beauty and garnish with rose petals.
