No Shrubs

RECIPE: Charlie Blue Arm, Umbrella Dry Bar

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Roots Divino Bianco

1 oz raspberry shrub

3 oz soda water

TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER

GLASS: COLLINS

GARNISH: EDIBLE FLOWER

PREPARATION:

Add Roots and raspberry shrub to a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with an edible flower or a dehydrated lime.

RASPBERRY SHRUB:

Add 200 grams of raspberry and 200 grams of white sugar to a bowl. Mix well, cover, and let sit for 24 hours. Add 200 grams of red wine vinegar and blend. Strain and bottle. Keeps for 1 year.
