Espresso Martini
RECIPE: Charlie Blue Arm, Umbrella Dry Bar
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Jalisco 55 tequila
1 oz Umbrella coffee syrup
1 oz Slingshot espresso
5 dashes All The Bitter Cherry Coffee Blast bitters
TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER, FINE STRAINER
GLASS: COUPE
GARNISH: ESPRESSO POWDER/BEANS
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with espresso powder design (or coffee beans!)
COFFEE SYRUP:
Add 100 grams coarsely ground coffee to 500 grams of cold water. Let steep for 24 hours in the fridge. Strain, and weigh liquid. Add same amount of sugar and mix until dissolved. Bottle. Keeps 2 weeks.
