Negroni Week is upon us! This global initiative celebrates one of the most iconic cocktails - the Negroni. Traditionally made with Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth, it's a classic for a reason. While Umbrella Dry Bar doesn't serve alcohol, we're excited to participate in Negroni Week with our own unique twist!

Countless bars and restaurants around the world will be mixing classic Negronis and variations in support of Slow Food's mission to foster a more sustainable and equitable world of food and drink. It's a special honor to create an inclusive option for this celebration.

Our signature non-alcoholic Negronis will be featured alongside other creative non-alcoholic cocktails, offering a sophisticated cocktail experience minus the alcohol.
