Our story

For the past two years, we've quietly been supplying bars, restaurants, and hospitality groups with non-alcoholic spirits, aperitifs, and mixers. It's grown almost entirely by word of mouth — a bar team tries something at Umbrella, then calls us asking how to get it on their own menu.

We've been in this world for over five years now: researching producers, building our own cocktail program, pouring for guests who expect a real drink, alcohol or not. Along the way we've gotten a pretty good sense of what actually holds up behind a bar during a busy service, and what guests keep ordering.

What we carry

Everything we distribute goes through our own bar first. We taste it, mix with it, live with it for a while before we ever offer it to another program. The catalog is highly curated and keeps shifting as new producers come along and we find things we like better. We don't post the full list here — reach out and we'll talk through what actually makes sense for your menu.

Tastings & training

We love getting behind the bar with your team. A guided tasting or hands-on training gives your staff real time with these products — mixing with them, tasting them side by side, and getting comfortable enough to recommend them to a guest without hesitating.
