Event Description:

Move your hips and whip your hair to a 40-minute sexy dance workout & QUEEN BEE BEYONCÉ themed playlist led by dancer/acupuncturist Sinéad & founder of Dance4Plants 🌱 , followed by the classy, timeless, “I’m Not That Innocent” signature mocktail by Umbrella Drybar!

6 PM - arrive, mingle, stretch

6:15 PM - Sexy Dance Workout (no dance experience required!!)😻 BRING A TOWEL!

7PM - MockTails by Umbrella Drybar & intro to Dance4Plants

7:10-8 PM - sip & mingle!

ALL LEVELS OF DANCE EXPERIENCE WELCOME. Wear something you can groove in, bad-b*tch attire encouraged ;). Sneakers recommended.
