We build zero-proof cocktails with the same care and balance as traditional bar service — using botanical spirits, bitters, syrups, and fresh ingredients. No substitutes, no shortcuts.
Umbrella serves the Triangle through private events, pop-ups, and partnerships, and keeps a curated retail selection at our bottle shop inside the Self Care Marketplace in downtown Raleigh.
At its core, Umbrella is about expanding what social drinking can look like — without prescribing how or why someone chooses not to drink.
